Price – What you pay for a service
Value – What you receive for the price
Price and value are two issues which many people fail to consider, basing their decision on price only, not what they are receiving. Obviously all paint jobs are not created equal. It costs more for quality. Quality looks better. Quality lasts longer. Quality takes longer to create. Labor is my largest expense, and the more labor we put into your home the more expensive it becomes.
So with our methods you can have a job done correctly that protects your home for a 10-12 year maintenance interval, at the end of which the substrate will be in good shape and you will simply need paint again. Or you can opt for a competitor’s less expensive “bargain”, with a shorter life span, at the end of which you have a good chance of trim or siding damage, in addition to the cost of a repaint.
